2. Pricing and Technical Specifications Disclaimer

All technical specifications, dimensions, thicknesses, and materials displayed on yihaipack.net are for informational and educational purposes only. Due to the inherent nature of flexible packaging manufacturing (including minor color variations and dimensional tolerances), website data does not represent a final guarantee of delivery.

All displayed pricing and details do not constitute a binding legal offer. Final parameters, delivery metrics, and commercial pricing are strictly subject to the formal, written Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract officially signed by both parties.

3. Customer-Supplied Designs and Trademark Liability

As a custom packaging manufacturer, Yihaipack prints artwork, branding logos, and specific text strictly based on the files provided by our clients.

Mandatory Compliance: Customers must ensure they possess legitimate, authorized intellectual property rights, licenses, or trademark authorizations for all design assets and logos submitted to Yihaipack for production. If any third party initiates legal action, lawsuits, or claims due to trademark or copyright infringement originating from customer-supplied designs, all legal consequences, defense costs, and financial liabilities shall be solely borne by the customer.

4. Prohibited Website Conduct

When utilizing our website and inquiry systems, you expressly agree not to engage in the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Utilizing malicious web scrapers, data-mining robots, automated scripts, or spider tools to harvest our product information, backend structures, or company data.
